Our stories are written for children aged 3–9+, and loved by the whole family at bedtime.

You tell us when you personalise the book, and the story and illustrations are tailored to match your child.

Yes. You can add an optional dedication message that’s printed on the very first page of the book — perfect for a birthday or a special note. You can even preview exactly where it appears on the product page.

Because every book is personalised and printed to order, you can change or cancel within 1 hour of placing your order — before production begins. Just contact us as soon as possible at hello@mybibblio.com with your order number. After that hour, production may already have started and the order can’t be cancelled for a change of mind.

Contact us straight away at hello@mybibblio.com (ideally within 1 hour of ordering) with your order number and what needs fixing, and we’ll do everything we can to put it right before your book goes to print.

As each book is personalised and made just for your child, we’re generally unable to offer refunds for a change of mind. But if your book arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you — and this doesn’t affect your statutory rights. See our Refund Policy for full details.

We’re so sorry! Email hello@mybibblio.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll put it right.

Your book is created within minutes and then printed to order. Most UK orders arrive within 5–7 working days.

UK delivery is a flat £2.99, and it’s free on all orders over £50. Your delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes — every mybibblio book is a premium, printed keepsake, not a digital file. It’s made to be treasured and read again and again.

You can choose your format when you order. Our hardback upgrade makes an extra-special gift and keepsake.

We only use the photo and details you provide to create your personalised book. We ask for parental or guardian consent at checkout, and we keep your uploaded photo for a limited time (around 90 days) before deleting it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes — by ordering you confirm you’re the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo, or that you have their parent/guardian’s permission. You’ll confirm this with a quick tick before checkout.

We use AI illustration tools to bring your child into each story, and then a real person reviews every single book before it’s printed — so it always feels considered and special.
