Every mybibblio book is personalised and printed to order, just for your child — so here’s exactly what to expect once you’ve placed your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon — if you’d like to be the first to know when we start shipping to your country, join our email list and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.

Shipping cost

UK delivery is a flat £2.99 per order, and is free on all orders over £50. Your delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your book arrives

Because each book is custom-made — your child’s photo, name and details are turned into illustrations, then reviewed by a real person before printing — most UK orders arrive within 5–7 working days from the time you order.

At exceptionally busy periods (for example in the run-up to Christmas) this may occasionally take a little longer; any change to expected timings will be shown at checkout or communicated to you by email.

Getting your address right

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout — though we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong (just contact us).

If something arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive

If your book arrives damaged or faulty, or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@mybibblio.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll put it right. See our Refund Policy for how personalised items are handled.
